Jason Harmsen
Managing Director
Jason Harmsen is a highly respected telecommunications executive with more than 25 years of experience driving innovation, growth and transformation across the African telecommunications industry. As Managing Director of Huge NXTGN, he leads the company's vision of enabling businesses to participate in the digital connectivity economy through next-generation telecommunications and MVNO solutions. A recognised pioneer in South Africa's MVNO sector, Jason previously served as CEO of MVNE Proprietary Limited and held senior leadership roles with Allied Mobile Communications, Virgin Mobile South Africa and Nashua Mobile.
Rachelle Douglas
Group Chief Reporting Officer
Rachelle is a Chartered Accountant with impressive achievements in the fields of audit, investment management, regulatory practice, and academia. Her experience was gained across diverse sectors, including Insurance, Renewable Energy, Cosmetics, Asset Management, and ICT. She has also previously served as a lecturer at the University of Johannesburg. She has led complex audit engagements for KPMG and has contributed to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange's Proactive Monitoring Programme, where she was responsible for reviewing accounting policies and disclosures of listed entities. Since joining the Huge Group team, Rachelle has played an increasingly important role in financial reporting, strategic and operational finance, and governance frameworks, and she has distinguished herself by her strong leadership abilities, analytical depth, and collaborative approach. She is consistently acknowledged for her strong work ethic and ethical leadership, and she brings a rare combination of precision, versatility, and strategic insight into her current role as Chief Reporting Officer at Huge Group, where she is responsible for overseeing portfolio-wide reporting, and regulatory compliance. Rachelle also provides support for executive-level decision-making across Huge Group's Investment Portfolio of 19 entities.
Mohensu Naidoo

Mohensu Naidoo is a seasoned ICT and telecommunications executive with extensive experience in technology strategy, digital transformation and business leadership across Sub-Saharan Africa. With a strong track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving business growth, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the technology sector. Mohensu combines strategic insight with operational excellence to help organisations navigate change, unlock new opportunities and achieve long-term success.
Hassan Kwenane
HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY
Hassan Kwenane is Head of IT at Huge Platforms, where he leads the technology behind the company's MVNE and MVNO operations. He has more than ten years of experience in telecommunications IT, covering infrastructure and data centre operations, cybersecurity, cloud, and service delivery.
Hassan started his career at Virgin Mobile South Africa in 2016 as an IT Support Engineer and was promoted to IT Manager. In 2023 he became Head of Information Technology at Huge Group and Huge Digital, and he took on his current role in 2024.
He leads teams and vendor partners to build reliable, scalable, and secure systems, including integrations with mobile network operators. He is known for turning business goals into practical technology plans, building strong teams, and modernising platforms through virtualisation and cloud technologies.
